Palliative Care and Long Term Care Settings for Older People: Worldwide Resources
Following a meeting at the European Association of Palliative Care conference in Budapest in June 2007, it was agreed to establish a web resource for people engaged with care provision, education and research in the provision of palliative care nursing homes for older people and other similar long term care settings. This web resource has been established to provide a place where initiatives, information and contacts can be exchanged worldwide.

Palliative Care in Care Home Network
The Palliative Care in Care Home Network is a network for specialist palliative care practitioners, educators and researchers concerned about the development of palliative care in care homes. There is a website where messages can be posted, and resources shared. Face to face meetings are held twice yearly, and details are posted on the website.
